Did you know that 86% of low-income Americans received little or no legal help in the last year? Over 70% of low-income households have a need for at least one legal service in any given year, including assistance with housing, family law, consumer debt, employment, foreclosure, elder law, bankruptcy or immigration. Low-income families on the Eastern Shore have been hard hit by the COVID-19 emergency. Our community has lost jobs, lives and wealth. Often, people don’t seek the legal assistance they need because they aren’t sure if they have a legal problem, or they are worried that they have done something wrong. Mid-Shore Pro Bono helps people to navigate the complex legal system with our network of mighty volunteer attorneys. Don’t go it alone! If you or anyone you know is in need of legal services, contact us today: email@example.com.
